Playlist of the month

I've decided every month to compile a ‘Playlist of the Month’ where I share with you the artists and or songs I have been listening to and enjoying. Lana Del Rey is a singer that I have loved since day one. She has the type of music which you would either absolutely love or dislike quite a bit. If you do enjoy her music you would already be aware that her album ‘Ultraviolence’ had been released on June 13th of this year. I love every single song on the album and I cannot say one bad thing about it. The stand outs in the album include ‘Money, Power, Glory’, ‘Fuck My Way Up To The Top’ and ‘Florida Kilos’.

So… Lana Del Rey’s ‘Ultraviolence’ album is making its way into my monthly playlist.

Matrix Total Results

As someone who has had their hair permanently straightened, it can be quite a difficult challenge to find a shampoo and conditioner that leaves my hair soft and shiny without the worry that it could further damage my hair. This results for the need to use good salon sold shampoo and conditioners that target damaged and fragile hair. I’ve had my hair permanently straight for more than a year now and I can honestly say it was one of the best choices I have made. Before this I had extremely thick and frizzy hair that was very hard to manage and I was never able to leave my hair out and style it due to how tough it was to manage while only having a short amount of time before I had to leave the house. Nowadays I have such an easier time styling my hair. However I realised that during the Summer, the ends of my hair start to get a little dry and break off quite easily. Due to this discovery I have been on the hunt for a brand of shampoo and conditioners that fit my personal requirements. I am happy to say that I have found this miraculous product that not only fit my needs, but also have a wide range of varieties to suit everyone's hair care needs.

Matrix Total Results
Founded in 1980 by the American hairdresser, Arnie Miller, Matrix services community salons with a diverse range of haircare, colour, style, and texturing products as well as unique in-salon treatments and services that provide solutions for every hair type. The shampoo that I have been trying out cleanses and boosts strength and shine to rebuild brittle strands of hair. I’ve been using the products for about 2 months now and I am quite astounded by the results. It
leaves my hair extremely healthy and within a few weeks the ends of my hair became much stronger. The Ceramide and Amino Silicone in the conditioner repair damaged hair by strengthening it from the inside out, which work wonders.

I highly recommend these products not only to people who have damaged ends and are wanting repair their hair, but also anyone who is willing to give their hair the care it needs.

Online Shopping

Online shopping is something I tend to do all the time .. maybe a little too much. It is a convenient way to buy everything you want and need without the hassle of taking five hours to look somewhat socially acceptable in public.

However I do recommend that you actually go into store if you are unsure about sizes and what not due to sizes varying from store to store and it's actually a tactic by clothing companies to make the average woman feel better about herself and therefore buy more clothing.
So I'm here to show you my favourite online shopping apps. All the apps I'm about to share with you all have a wide range of clothing and accessories, are affordable and are shipped fast worldwide while being 100% safe.

THE ICONIC

THE ICONIC is Australia's largest online fashion retailer where you are able to shop over 700
brands and 25,000 products from one easy destination. Free shipping is also available with
purchases over $50 and free returns for 100 days. The app is quite sleek and stylish with high
definition photos to see products in finer detail.

Etsy

Etsy is an online marketplace where people around the world are able to buy and sell unique
goods. You are able to discover over 17 million unique items from 800,000 sellers all in the
comfort of your own home. The app has somewhat of a vintage feel to the design and you
are able to customise your viewing from home to gadgets or even to handpicked pieces, the
choice is up to you. I also recommend to check descriptions of products and suppliers of
items you would like to buy, just to make sure you are actually buying the product shown in
the image rather than a digital image of the product for example.

ASOS

ASOS is the number one global online fashion destination for 20-somethings. You are able to
shop the latest looks anywhere at anytime with over 850 brands and free shipping available.
ASOS has a wide variety of clothing which I absolutely LOVE, especially their Kimonos and
graphic tee's which are to die for. Their app has a simple back and white design with high
definition photos available. It is easy to navigate with also having daily edits such as holidays,
work, festivals and much more if you are having trouble with styling or not felling very
creative.

Catch Of The Day

Catch Of The Day gives you access to hundreds of limited time deals on brands like Nike,
MAC, Vans, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein and much more. The sales launch three times
per day at 12pm, 4pm and 8pm AEST. The app is quite simple to use and you are able to
make purchases with one tap of a button.

ShopStyle

On ShopStyle you are able to search through hundreds of products and brands from top
retailers. The app is designed brilliantly with the ability to search not only products but
Editor's picks, styles of elite fashion icons and celebrities, and essential items needed for
your everyday wardrobe and home.

Varvatos with up to 60% off their products. New items are added daily with most sales

home décor and other accessories.

So there you have it, my top picks on online shopping apps.

leave a comment below. Have a lovely day

What do you want to do before this ends?

“To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.”
― Oscar Wilde

During our day to day lives, we take a lot of things for granted. Such as complaining about the slow internet or how your job is the worst thing to ever exist. But what some people tend to forget is the opportunity you and I have been given in life. To have clean water, shelter, a loving family, the ability to be educated and to be who we are in life is such an incredibly special thing to have while at least 80% of humanity is living on less than $10 a day.

There also comes a time in your life where you begin to reflect on the things you have managed to accomplish and all the people you have met along the way who have shaped you to be the person you are. But you also realise that you are still alive.
This leads to my bucket list. Bucket lists are a simple way to set out your goals and ambitions and to keep track on them during your lifetime. Usually many tend to forget about them or see it as a pointless thing due to not accomplishing any of the tasks. But what many fail to realise is that things change. We are not the same person we were 2 years ago nor a week ago and it's okay to change your bucket list in four years’ time, or even the next day.
Lately I’ve been thinking of a lot of things I would like to do and a lot of places I would like to see. So I decided to start my own bucket list and share my journey with you all as I accomplish them one by one.

1. Travel the world

2. Go to Disneyland

3. Learn a foreign language

4. Spend New Years at Times Square, New York

5. Buy my dream car

6. Go to a NBA game

7. Have an acting role in a television show or film

8. Attend a European football (soccer) match.

9. Walk a red carpet

10. Get a tattoo

So there are 10 things I've began scribbling down for my bucket list. I really hope I am able to do everything on my list and share it with you all.

Please make sure to comment, tweet or post me things off your bucket list. Maybe things you have been able to cross off your list or experiences you have had in your life or want to achieve.

Yummy Pancakes!!!

I am so happy to be writing up my first blog post. I hope you all enjoy and thank you for reading.

Mother's Day is a celebration honoring mothers all around the world, so why not start your Sunday with a beautiful breakfast for your mother, grandmother, or even a little treat for yourself.

A very simple recipe that anyone can make are Pancakes ...YUM! Its just a few simple ingredients that you should have in your pantry already. My favorite type of pancakes to make are American Pancakes because they always come out light and fluffy. Enjoy :)

Ingredients

50 g of butter, melted (3 tablespoons)
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1½ cups of self-raising flour
3 tablespoons of sugar

Method
1. Measure all ingredients correctly into a large bowl.

2. Beat with a beater until there are no lumps in the batter. Please DO NOT over-beat or else the pancakes will become tough afterwards.

3. Heat a fry pan, then spray or butter it lightly and begin pouring your batter into the pan. The more batter you pour the larger your pancakes will turn out.

(Something I like to do with my pancakes is to chop roughly 3 to 4 strawberries, a banana and half a handful of blueberries and place it on top of the pancake in the pan before it's flipped over.)

4. When bubbles appear around the pancake, flip it over.

5. ALL DONE! You can serve your mother a lovely batch of American pancakes with maple syrup, fruit or just eat them plain :)

I hope you all enjoyed my first blog. Have an amazing Mother's Day and a yummy breakfast.
